The CHEMED's Medicine & Ethics Conference is proud to announce the return of our Poster Presentation gallery. Submit your research for a chance to win a $350 Visa gift card and have your research featured at the conference!
Who can apply:
Any licensed medical professional or current student (graduate or undergraduate) with compelling research on any topic related to medicine &/or ethics (published or unpublished) is welcome to apply. You do not need to attend the conference to participate.
When can you apply:
CHEMED is now accepting posters to display at the 5th annual Medicine & Ethics Conference. The submission deadline is February 1st, 2023.
How to apply:
Poster Displays at the Conference:
Your approved poster will be prominently displayed on easels during the conference. Additionally, specific times for poster viewing will be included on the schedule on Thursday and Sunday. You may choose one of those days to join the conference as our guest to enjoy lectures, networking, and meals.
Award Process:
Posters will be judged by conference attendees. A prize of a $350 Visa gift card will be awarded to the poster judged the best overall based on (a) the content of the poster, (b) the quality of the visual display of information on the poster, and (c), the ability of the presenter to successfully and succinctly present the subject matter on the poster. The winning poster will be announced within a week following the conference, and the gift card will be mailed to the winner within the week of the announcement.

One-on-One Appointments with our speakers
The conference will be an opportunity for attendees to meet some of the luminaries and leaders in Jewish medicine and ethics. Speakers will be available for one-on-one meetings with conference attendees on a first-come-first-serve basis. This is a rare opportunity to meet some of the Jewish leaders in the field of medicine and ethics. Discuss the latest trends and emerging issues, and get your personal questions answered by some of the most knowledgeable people in Jewish Medical Ethics!

Shadchan Program
Our Shadchan program was a great success in prior years, and due to popular demand, we are bringing back the Shadchan for the 2023 conference. To accommodate guests, the shadchan will be available at the conference to meet single men and women for individualized, one-on-one sessions. The Shadchan will also dedicate time after the conference to follow up and assist attendees.

Day Camp / Babysitting Program
We're happy to announce that our day camp/babysitting team is back for 2023!
We will once again offer your children exemplary and fun-filled care during all conference sessions. The mission of our experienced and capable day camp/babysitting team is to allow you to take advantage of the conference's speeches and networking opportunities, secure in the knowledge that your children are safe and happy.
Our day camp/babysitting program will once again be led by Mrs. Devorah Schwab, a seasoned Morah with over a decade of experience taking care of infants and children of all ages. She will lead a team of caring and capable counselors who welcome the opportunity to take care of your children during all conference sessions.
We will divide groups by age. Our day camp counselors have curated an exciting program, including games, toys, shows, arts and crafts, and activities. The day camp is geared towards children 8 and under.
For your older children we have a game room stocked with exciting interactive games that will keep your older children entertained for many hours.

Danielle Aronovitz is a successful shadchan and works with all types of singles in the United States and Worldwide. Danielle offers coaching and a warm heart when working with singles.
To accommodate guests, Danielle will be available at the conference to meet single men and women for individualized, one-on-one sessions. Danielle will also dedicate time after the conference to follow up and assist attendees.
