Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the Conference, please note the following guidelines for cancellation:

1. Cancellation requests must be received before February 6, 2025 to receive a full refund of your Conference Registration fee.
2. Any cancellation requests received on or after February 7, 2025 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee deducted from the Conference Registration fee paid.

Please be aware that extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
